Conveyor Belt Customization
Can you customize conveyor belts according to our requirements?
Yes. We can customize conveyor belts according to the customer’s application, width, thickness, length, rubber grade, surface structure and working conditions. Please provide the belt size, material handled, operating environment and any special requirements when requesting a quotation.
What is the maximum width you can make for custom conveyor belts?
The maximum custom conveyor belt width can be up to 2.2 meters. For special widths, we will confirm the production feasibility according to the belt structure, material and application.
Is there any limit on conveyor belt length?
The belt length can be customized according to project requirements. There is no fixed standard maximum length, but the final length should be confirmed based on production, rolling, packaging and transportation conditions.
What is the minimum and maximum thickness for custom conveyor belts?
The minimum thickness is around 5.5mm. For thicker belts, we can customize according to the customer’s working condition and technical requirements. The final thickness will be confirmed before production.
What rubber grades are available?
Common rubber tensile strength options include 15MPa and 20MPa. Other rubber grades can also be discussed depending on the application, such as abrasion resistance, heat resistance, oil resistance or food-grade requirements.
What is the normal tolerance for belt width and thickness?
The normal tolerance for belt width and thickness is around 1%. If the project requires stricter tolerance control, please inform us before quotation and production.
Can you make food-grade conveyor belts?
Yes. Food-grade conveyor belts can be customized for food handling and related applications. Please provide the material being conveyed, operating temperature, cleaning method and any food-contact requirements.
Can you produce pattern conveyor belts?
Yes. Pattern conveyor belts can be produced. For this type of belt, the width should generally be within 1.6 meters. The pattern type and height can be discussed according to the conveying angle and material.
Conveyor Rollers / Idlers
What is the MOQ for standard conveyor rollers?
For standard conveyor rollers, the MOQ is usually one 20ft container. The exact loading quantity depends on roller diameter, length, shaft size and packaging method.
What is the MOQ for custom conveyor rollers?
For custom conveyor rollers, the MOQ is also usually one 20ft container. Custom dimensions, shaft ends, bearings, sealing structure and surface treatment can be confirmed according to drawings or samples.
Can you manufacture rollers according to drawings or samples?
Yes. We mainly support customized production. Customers can provide drawings, samples, photos or key dimensions, including roller diameter, face length, shaft diameter, bearing type, shell thickness and installation method.
What materials are commonly used for conveyor rollers?
Common materials include Q235 steel, carbon steel and other materials according to customer requirements. The final material choice depends on the working environment, load, belt speed and application.
What surface treatments are available for rollers?
Common surface treatments include spray painting and baking paint. Other surface treatments can be discussed according to the working environment, corrosion resistance requirement and customer specification.
MOQ, Lead Time & Ordering
What is the usual production lead time after placing an order?
The normal production lead time is about 7–15 days after order confirmation. The actual delivery time depends on product type, order quantity, customization level and production schedule.
Does the lead time include shipping time?
No. The 7–15 days usually refers to production time. Shipping time depends on vessel schedule, destination port, freight forwarder arrangement and customs clearance.
What information do you need for quotation?
For conveyor belts, please provide belt width, thickness, length, rubber grade, fabric layers, application and working environment. For rollers, please provide diameter, length, shaft size, bearing type, material, surface treatment and quantity. Drawings or photos are very helpful.
Can mixed products be loaded in one container?
In many cases, mixed loading can be arranged, such as conveyor belts, rollers and related accessories in one shipment. The final loading plan depends on product size, weight, packaging method and container space.
Pricing, Materials & Surface Treatment
How do you quote the price?
Our quotation is usually based on factory price. Tax-included and tax-excluded prices are different. The final quotation depends on product specification, material, quantity, surface treatment, packaging and current raw material cost.
Will the product price change?
Yes. Product prices may fluctuate with raw material prices, such as steel, rubber and other key materials. For this reason, quotations usually have a validity period.
What factors affect the price of conveyor rollers?
The price is affected by roller diameter, length, shell thickness, shaft size, bearing type, material, surface treatment, order quantity, packaging and tax requirements.
What factors affect the price of conveyor belts?
The price is affected by belt width, thickness, length, rubber grade, fabric layers, surface pattern, special performance requirements and order quantity.
